Refund & Revision Policy

Plainview HR provides customized HR documentation systems based on the information submitted through your intake form. Because each package involves customized document preparation based on the client’s business information, services cannot be returned once customization work begins.

The following refund and revision terms apply.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:

• Submitted within 24 hours of purchase
• Submitted before the intake form is completed
• Submitted before customization work has begun

Once the intake form has been submitted or customization work has started, purchases are non-refundable.

Plainview HR reserves the right to determine when customization work has begun.

Revision Policy

Plainview HR is committed to delivering structured, professional HR systems aligned with the information provided in your intake form.

If a document does not reflect the details submitted in your intake responses, you may request reasonable revisions within 7 days of delivery.

Revisions are limited to:

• Alignment corrections
• Formatting adjustments
• Clarifications based on original intake information

Revisions do not include:

• New policy additions outside the selected package
• Expanded scope requests
• Legal drafting or legal review

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Revision Policy.
